We aim to respond within one working day. At busier times this may be slightly longer, but we’ll always acknowledge your enquiry and let you know the next steps.
We don’t charge for an initial discovery call. In-person site visits and more detailed feasibility work may be chargeable for larger or more complex projects, and we’ll always confirm this up front.
For most projects we’re booking several months ahead. It’s best to speak to us as early as possible so design, permissions, and pricing can be agreed before you’d like to be on site.
We’ll review your details, come back with any initial questions, and usually suggest a short call. From there we’ll agree whether to arrange a site visit, provide an initial budget estimate, or outline the best next steps for your project.
